Ankit Rath, founder and editor-in-chief, is an independent cultural researcher based in Berhampur, Odisha (India). He received his MA in English Literature from The English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad, in 2022. He has conducted extensive research in the field of ritual and performance studies in the context of Odisha. His areas of interest also include literature and theatre studies, primarily in Odisha and their philosophical underpinnings. Over the past three years, Rath has studied the Danda Nata ritual performance in the Ganjam district, which received recognition from the Faculty of Theology and Religion, University of Oxford, in 2023.
